Who We Are
She Can was founded for one purpose to equip young women with real world skills before they leave school. We want students to have every opportunity and advantage by supporting them to develop skills today that can be transported into post-school life.
Tricia is a 2018 Layne Beachley 'Aim for the Stars' Scholarship Recipient, One Girl Ambassador, Sister Cities Youth Delegate and has facilitated to over 13,000 students in Newcastle, Victoria and Canberra. She has also consulted for adolescent media outlets, delivered presentations and workshops at various conferences, and student leadership days.
OUR FOUNDER
Tricia is Gen Z advocate, experienced facilitator, program designer and co-founder of SHE CAN. Tricia has worked with over 13,000 students across both primary and secondary sector in behaviour change programs.
Tricia is known for her ability to create program content and deliver information in a manner that both engages and makes a lasting impact on young people. She prioritises sustainable behaviour change and adaptable program design which ensures her workshops depart from traditional presentation models.
